Hernando is an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance graduating from Trailhead Yoga in 2022. Hernando has been teaching yoga since 2009 and his class, "Meditation in Motion," encourages the student to keenly observe what is going on in the mind and using the breath to support one's practice and health.
